When I wrote this menu plan 2 weeks ago, I forgot that Spring Soccer was getting ready to start and we will be eating on the run 3-4 days per week. Last week and this week were just practices (and it's been really cold!)so I made dinner ahead of time and only took the child(ren) that had practicing. When the games get started I will be loading them all up so we can all go, and have to plan ahead for some quick and easy meals.
Sat 3/2- oven fried chicken, noodles, baked beans
Sun 3/3- bacon wrapped tenderlion, strawberry spinach salad, baked potatoes
Mon 3/4- take out
Tues 3/5- slow cooker swiss steak, rice, corn
Wed 3/6- pork chop parmesean, salad
Thurs 3/7- homemade sloppy joes, steak fries
