Homeschool Art Class 5/18/2012

Today was our last Art Class for the 2011-2012 school year.  Today the children made Indian Teepees using paper bags that they decorated, wooden bamboo sticks, a rubber band, and tape.  Then they finished drawing in their Art Books and did a special drawing for the teacher to add to scrapbook she keeps of all of her art students.  The children were kind of sad that the classes are ending.  It took almost the whole year to convince Christian to participate, and now that he is, it is over.  He did not have an art book or portfolio to put it in so he did one today.  He was quite proud of his drawings.  Anthony was sad it was ending too but took it a little better when I told him we were just taking a break and will start back again in a few months.
