I would choose completely different things if Emmie was the only child I was homeschooling but these choices work better when homeschooling multiple ages.
During the morning school hours we work on our "together" subjects. For Bible this semester we are reading straight from the Bible, currently in the book of Luke.
For history we are using The Mystery of History Vol 1.
We always do some kind of nonfiction read aloud in the mornings, usually a biography. This year we are working through Zeezok Music Appreciation 2 so our biographies are famous composers and we listen to some of their works as we go through the books.
I chose Apologia Botany for science. This is the only book out of the elementary series that we have never used. I ordered the Junior Notebooking Journal and the science lab kit to go along with the text.
Art- We currently have a subscription to Creating a Masterpiece Drawing lessons and will be working our way through those. We also are working on a Art History video series called HIGASFY.
In the afternoons we work on individual subjects.
All About Reading is my favorite reading curriculum. I have used it with 5 of my children. Emmie has a few lessons left in level 2 and then will move on to Level 3.
For Spelling we reviewed Simply Classical Spelling from Memoria Press and it was a good fit for Emmie so we will stick with that this year.
Math is CTCMath. This is an online math with video lessons and short assignments.
Language Arts- Emmie is using Lightning Literature for Language Arts this year. This was a review we received last spring so we got the 2nd grade level. She loves it! Especially listening to all of the wonderful stories. Lightning Literature is my favorite literature curriculum.
There is no perfect curriculum or schedule, but I do try and choose things that will be a good fit for that child. If something doesn't work we will make changes as necessary. I want them to love learning and to grow and learn at their own pace. Homeschooling is a marathon, not a sprint, something I have to remind myself of often.
*links to AAR are affiliate links I only form affiliate relationships with companies whose products I actually use and can recommend!!!
Happy Homeschooling!

Looks like a lot of fun! My babies are still only 4, but I'm experiencing many of those first twinges of astonishment at how time passes and how odd it is not to have actual babies at home. Your girl is darling and growing up in such a lovely manner.
