We needed a quick and easy snack today, so Chelsea and Lily decided to make some Molasses Cookies.

I meant to get a picture when they were finished, but was busy with the baby and forgot.  These cookies were very quick and easy to make.  After baking for 10 minutes and cooling, we fed them to the boys to try them out.  They were a hit!  All of the children loved them!  They tasted just like homemade and had great flavor and were soft and chewy.  Great to have around when you need cookies in a hurry.
