Virual Fridge: The Sri Lankan Landscape with a Elephant

This week's art lesson was another lessons from Level II of ArtAchive. We did the Sri Lankan Landscape with an Elephant.  This was the longest lesson we have done from ArtAchieve taking us about an hour and a half from start to finish.  To do this project we needed: sharpie, pencil, white paper, construction paper, and chalks.  After completing the drawing warm up we drew a practice elephant on the white paper using a sharpie.  After that we drew our landscape on the construction paper and filled it in with chalks.

Emmie started the lesson with us but did not finish the chalks.  It was a bit too long for her.  Chalks are my favorite, even though they are a bit messy I love using them and the way the finish product looks!
