After our field trip yesterday, we had 3 soccer games and didn't get home until 8:30 that night! I put Emmie to bed and she woke up less than an hour later crying. She was running a little bit of a fever (around 100) so I gave her some Tylenol and nursed her back to sleep. She was very restless all night long. I don't know if the fever came from the tooth she is cutting or is she has a little of this bug that is going around. So our plans for today had to change a bit. We were going to go to Art Class, have a potluck picnic at the park, and then go to Walmart and the library. Instead, I dropped off 6 children at Art Class, took Emmie and ran to get what we needed at Walmart, picked up the children and headed for home. The baby fell asleep after lunch and had a really good nap. She still is a bit cranky but hopefully will be feeling better soon. since I didn't get to stay at Art Class, Chelsea took some pictures for me.
Today the children painted their clay. Alex's deer fell apart!! He made something else instead. Then they did rock painting. Next they made dragons out of paper towel rolls to display at the Art Center. Their last project today was some drawing exercises.
